Built in SECO-DEV as a custom ACTIVITY table: IsActivity = true, primary name is the system `subject` column (not seco_name), User/Team owned, notes enabled, activities disabled. Its seco_project lookup is REFERENTIAL, not parental — Dataverse refuses a second parental relationship on an activity table, so the delete behaviour is RemoveLink. Regarding (regardingobjectid) resolves to seco_project automatically, so no second project column is needed.
