Deployed in the SAM solution `seco_sam` (unmanaged, publisher secotools, prefix seco), separate from `seco_epms`. Reused core components (account, systemuser, seco_country, the system task table that replaces seco_samaction, and the seco_project read-across) are added to `seco_sam` as existing components, never duplicated. `seco_sam` confirmed live in DEV (24 Sep 2026).
