PP ToolconfigMaster list of cutting tools priced in the pay-per-part model, keyed on tool number.
Deployed in the PPP Cost Studio solution `seco_coststudio` (unmanaged, publisher secotools, prefix seco), sibling to `seco_epms` and `seco_sam`. Reused components (account, systemuser, transactioncurrency, seco_samaccount, seco_project) are lookup targets added as existing components, never duplicated. Resolves SAM open questions D37 (PPP), D25/D32 (market share) and obsolescence: Cost Studio owns these tables and the SAM widgets cppModel, ppp, toolingCutTimes and marketShare consume them — no duplication.
